南向きの窓に庇をつける

夏の日の直射日光は、屋内の温度を上げる主要な要因の一つです。
断熱ガラスやフィルムにより窓自体の断熱性能を高めることも大切ですが、直射日光が当たらないように庇を設ければ、それで室内温度の上昇を若干でも防ぐことができます。陽の光が欲しい冬場は太陽の高度が下がりますので、適当な張り出しの庇はそれを妨げることはありません。
